Drum Therapy Collective CIC is established to provide rhythm-based wellbeing activities and music therapy sessions, with a specific focus on using percussion instruments and drums. 🪘

What to expect:

• Fun warm-up activities
• A chance to explore a wide range of world drums, including djembe, conga, frame drums, maracas, surdo, tambourine, bells, and more
• Rhythm improvisation
• Call-and-response rhythm games and learning rhythms
• Singing and drumming together
• Guided breathing relaxation

This session is designed for enjoyment and connection, not performance. Join in as much or as little as you like, at your own pace. No experience needed, just come as you are.
