Flag football is the newest Olympic Sport (debuting at LA 2028) and one of the fastest growing sports in the UK. It is a non-contact, 5-a-side version of American Football that can be played by anyone. No experience is necessary, just bring some football boots and a positive attitude and our coaches will do the rest.
