Whether you're a regular runner or have never ran before, the Physical Activity team's run club session is suitable for all abilities, so please come along!
Please wear footwear and clothing suitable for running and for the weather - you may need water too. The session will be facilitated by the Physical Activity Team from Salford Uni Sports Centre, so they'll take you through a warm up and cool down. Get ready to have a leisurley jog and chat to some new people, or to push yourself and get a new PB!
