Free Fitness Class in the sport centre - No Membership Required
Try our free Fitness Classes starting with Booty Blast every Monday morning with no commitment and make the most of your uni experience! All SU Free Fitness classes are a collaboration with the University of Salford Sport Centre fitness classes and are designed for people to show up without a gym membership and stay active. Whether this is trying a class for free before you buy a leisure membership, finding a new way to stay fit, or possibly to make new friends, this is designed to assist.
- Tickets! You must have a ticket and there are a limited number of tickets so please book fast.
- Accessibility! We do our best to accommodate all access needs where possible. Should you require anything, please speak to the staff and they will adjust the activity as needed.
- What you need! All equipment will be provided; however, please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving a lot in and sensible shoes! No boots or slip on shoes please!
