Free Roller Disco with your Salford Skating Society!
Ready to glide, groove, and get groovy? Join us for a FREE Roller Disco hosted by the Salford Skating Society — no experience needed, just a sense of fun and willingness to learn!
What to Expect: A friendly intro to roller skating: learn how to start, stop, and turn. Supervised by the committee and mentors — perfect for beginners! Once you're rolling, dive into the disco vibes.
Skates & Tickets: No skates? No problem! Just select a ticket with your shoe size. Already got wheels? Grab a BYO-skates ticket. *Due to high demand, please arrive before 18:15 to secure your spot — late arrivals may lose their reserved skates*
Atmosphere! Expect a lively atmosphere, flashing lights, and loud music.
Accessibility! We do our best to accommodate all access needs where possible. Should you require anything, please speak to the staff and committee there, and they will adjust the activity as needed.
What you need! Those who have a "no skate hire" ticket must bring their own skates. Everyone else, just bring yourself and a willingness to meet your SU, your Roller Skating Society and new people!
