It's fun, and you'll have the chance to meet a ton of new people. All you need to bring is yourself.
Tickets: You must have a ticket to participate. Please sign up ahead of the session to save you time on the day.
Vibes: Expect a lively atmosphere, loud music, and exercise.
Accessibility: We do our best to accommodate all access needs where possible. Should you require anything, please speak to the staff and committee there, and they will adjust the activity as needed.
