This University Mental Health Day, we want to make sure you're taking the time to focus on yourself. Whether this is spending time with your friends, taking a mindful moment, or finding like-minded people, we want to make sure you're taking care of you. We have loads of free arts and crafts for you to try like friendship bracelet making, origami, knitting and crocheting. Don't like the sound of these crafts? Feel free to bring your own to get involved however you want! Not a crafty person, we have loads of board games and sweet treats to unwind with. Bring some friends or come alone, everyone is welcome for an afternoon of music and creativity, and a great chance to meet some new like-minded friends.
🕺Who can come? All Salford University students are welcome to attend this event.
